*RCS Auditions*
Auditions
for RCS are held throughout the season. Currently, we
schedule auditions on a Tuesday, following a regular rehearsal.
RCS rehearsals are held on Tuesdays, from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm
at Christ Episcopal Church (on the corner of 5th and Court
Streets), Reading, PA. You are welcome to sit in on one
of our rehearsals to decide if you think you would like
to audition. Please call the RCS office at (610)898-1939
or e-mail us at information@readingchoral.org
to schedule your visit and/or audition appointment.
Auditions will consist of vocalizing and sight reading
exercises and will last no more than ten minutes. A prepared
solo is not necessary.
Some
music reading ability is required, but you need not read
at an expert level.
